Have you ever wanted to volunteer in your community? Or have you wanted to be of service to friends and neighbors? Do you have great ideas and want to make a difference? We have one available Board of Director position available and ask that you nominate someone or volunteer yourself to serve on the Board of Directors for the Williamsburg Hamlet Maintenance Association (WHMA). Please submit the name and information for your nominee by September 15, 2024.

Please mark your calendars now - the WHMA Annual Meeting is Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at 6:30 PM at Robert E. King Elementary School, 1901 Charlton House Lane, Katy, TX 77493.

NOMINATING COMMITTEE MEMBERS & INFORMATION

As stated in Article V – Section 1 of our Bylaws: Nomination for election to the Board of Directors as provided herein shall be made by a nominating committee. Nominations may also be made from the floor at the annual meeting. … The nominating committee shall make as many nominations for election to the Board of Directors as it shall in its discretion determine, but not less than the number of vacancies that are to be filled. DUE FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2024

In order to have a name listed in the ballot for board member election held at Annual Meetings in October, nominations with a resume* for nominee(s) must be submitted to the Nominating Committee by Sunday, September 15th.

TO VOLUNTEER AS A BOARD MEMBER OR TO NOMINATE SOMEONE ELSE, please take one of the following steps so WHMA receives your nomination no later than September 15, 2024.

2. Drop it in the Community Drop Box at 1903 Kings Arms Way (near the pool)
